Venus Laowa 10mm F/2 Zero-D MFT Lens

An extremely tiny ultra-wide lens for Micro Four Third cameras. This 10mm Zero-D lens pairing with f/2 large aperture handles different shooting situations easily. Weighed only 125g, no matter using for landscape, astrophotography or architecture photography, the lens is always able to produce impressive results without any extra burden.

It is also equipped with a CPU chip and motor. You can now control the aperture in-camera and record all the metadata in the EXIF. This lens is also perfect for vlogging, drones and other lightweight videography setups.

Light and Compact
Weighed only 125g, Its compactness makes it comfortable for those who do videos with gimbals or handheld, avoiding excessive shaking. With the versatile focal length and such portability, it would be the perfect set-up for outdoor shooting, vlogging and flying with drones.

Auto Aperture
Assembled with a CPU chip and motor, it allows the adjustment of aperture via the camera body. The focus magnifier will be triggered for easier focusing when rotating the focus ring. The metadata will be stored on EXIF as well.

Large Aperture-f/2
Large aperture gives you more flexibility to shoot in low-light conditions while maintaining a low ISO. It also provides a narrower depth of field and able to create beautiful bokeh.

Zero-Distortion
This is the second MFT lens in the line-up of ‘Zero-D’, which features an excellent control of the optical distortion which is commonly found in ultra wide-angle lenses. Thanks to this optical advantage, this lens performs well with architectural photography. Efforts on post-production are reduced.

10-point sunstars
Designed with five aperture blades, fancy 10-point sunstars can be rendered easily when stepping down the aperture.

Close Minimum Focusing Distance
With 12cm minimum focusing distance, photographers are able to create an exaggerated perspective. Plus, bokeh can be created easily.
